    A well-established New Jersey family law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and prenuptial agreements, and a working knowledge of marital property and real estate issues. This role demands a composed, strategic advocate who can deliver sound legal counsel during complex, high-stakes proceedings. Compensation- Up to $200,000+ base salary, plus performance-based bonuses, depending on Experience Responsibilities: • Represent clients in family law proceedings, hearings, and negotiations • Analyze client needs and develop tailored legal strategies for each matter • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, judgments, and orders across a high-volume caseload • Manage the equitable division of marital assets, including real estate holdings • Collaborate with senior partners, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure efficient case progression • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date client files in compliance with firm standards • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court throughout all stages of litigation Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school • Active license to practice law in the State of New Jersey • Minimum 3 years of family law experience, including matters involving marital property and real estate • Demonstrated ability to represent both plaintiffs and defendants effectively • Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and written and oral communication skills • Ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and composure Compensation: $200,000+ base salary potential DOE
