Responsibilities: • Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process • Keep client files properly organized and up to date • Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed • Handle the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings as needed • Prepare legal documents such as legal pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases Qualifications: We’re open to a Legal Paraprofessional or licensed Family Law Attorney who shares our values and is ready to lead in Sierra Vista. For Legal Paraprofessionals (LPs): • Active Arizona LP license with authorization to provide legal services in family law. • Demonstrated experience in managing family law matters independently or under supervision. • Comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy and integrity. For Attorneys: • Licensed to practice law in Arizona (in good standing). • 1–5+ years of experience in family law preferred, but we are open to newer attorneys who are confident, coachable, and ready to grow fast. • Experience with litigation, mediation, or high-conflict cases is a plus. For All Candidates: • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Tech-savvy and adaptable, you’re comfortable using cloud-based platforms and remote tools. • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset, you take initiative, seek feedback, and thrive in a supportive but fast-moving environment. • Deep empathy for clients navigating crisis, and a passion for access to justice.
