Role Description

We are seeking a Family & Civil Law Attorney who is passionate about advocacy and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role involves managing a diverse caseload and representing clients in sensitive and high-stakes family law matters.

Qualifications

Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations

Manage a high-volume caseload with organization and efficiency

Develop legal strategies tailored to each client’s situation

Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to move cases forward

What We're Looking for

Licensed attorney in North Carolina

2–5 years of family law experience

Strong litigation and courtroom experience

Ability to manage emotionally sensitive cases with professionalism

Skilled in legal drafting, discovery, and client communication

Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
