Responsibilities: • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their financial and familial situations to understand clients' goals and objectives for estate planning. • Legal Research and Analysis: Stay updated on federal and state laws related to estate planning, probate, and taxation. Analyze and interpret complex legal documents. • Drafting Estate Planning Documents: Prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents tailored to the client's specific needs and create strategies to minimize estate taxes and protect assets. • Client Education: Educate clients on the importance of estate planning and the potential consequences of inadequate planning while guiding beneficiary designations, life insurance, and retirement accounts. Qualifications: Requirements: • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Bar Admitted: Admitted to the Florida Bar. • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing estate planning law. Compensation: $90,000
