The primary goal of an Estate Planning Attorney is to help clients avoid probate, and ensure that their wishes are carried out according to applicable laws while managing cases with the help of our Estate Planning team. Responsibilities: • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their financial and familial situations to understand clients' goals and objectives for estate planning. • Legal Research and Analysis: Stay updated on federal and state laws related to estate planning, probate, and taxation. Analyze and interpret complex legal documents. • Drafting Estate Planning Documents: Prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents tailored to the client's specific needs and create strategies to minimize estate taxes and protect assets. • Client Education: Educate clients on the importance of estate planning and the potential consequences of inadequate planning while guiding beneficiary designations, life insurance, and retirement accounts. Qualifications: Requirements:Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Bar Admitted: Admitted to the Florida Bar. • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing estate planning law. Compensation: $90,000
