Position: Insurance Agent

Job Description: As an Insurance Agent at Family First Life, you'll play a crucial role in helping clients make informed decisions about their insurance needs. You'll establish meaningful relationships and guide them through the process of selecting the right insurance products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting: Identify potential clients and reach out to them to understand their insurance needs.
• Consultation: Listen to clients' concerns and recommend insurance solutions that best fit their requirements.
• Sales: Present insurance options clearly and persuasively, closing sales to ensure financial security for clients' families.
• Client Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus, but not required - training will be provided.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
