FAMILY FIRST LIFE is the Insurance industry leader for flexible schedule opportunities in a motivating environment of "Independent Life Insurance Agents." RECRUITING: Independent Licensed Life Insurance Agents, or the right candidate to train!

• LIFE LICENSED (5 Day Fast Start Program) Appointed with carriers, new agent boot camp training and on leads in 5 days
• NON-LICENSED (Pre-licensing Course Provided)
  • A 32-hour pre-licensing course will be provided to you at no charge (20 hours for Life Course, 12 hours code of ethics)
  • Pass state exam in as soon as 5 days with XCel Solutions pre licensing course).
  • You pay fee to schedule your state issued life insurance exam, then fee to apply for state license (fees vary per state)

POSITION: INDEPENDENT LIFE INSURANCE AGENT (Work in person with local clients or remote via Zoom), can work and train from home.

• 1099-Independent Contractor (Non-Captive)
• Renewals Day 1 (Residuals)
• Free Training, Business Development, Annual Convention
• NO COLD CALLING (We only work with fresh qualified leads)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess a current Life and Health Insurance Producer License (or ability to obtain one – we are willing to train the right candidate, we pay for the pre licensing course, training is free)
• Legal resident of the United States of America (Must live in the USA)
• Ability to pass a background check (fingerprinting, live scan)
• Performance driven, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated
• Confident, persuasive, positive attitude
• Commission (1099): Current levels vary between 110%-145%
• Errors & Omissions Insurance required by carriers
• Must be physically in the USA to have state license issued
• Must be 18 yrs or older
• No Felony
• No Bankruptcy
