Job Description

We are seeking a Life Insurance Agent to join our team! Expand your book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. On average, our agents that work full time should net $100,000 a year. There are various lead sources available at Family First Life, free training (in person and virtually), and comp of 100%-145% and vested from day one. Don't have a life insurance license? We can assist with that!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in insurance is a plus, or customer service and other related fields (sales, etc.)
• Transportation, a computer/laptop or tablet, and cell phone
• Willingness to invest in yourself
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Expand business through resolving leads and networking
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations per the state
