Currently, we are looking for

1 CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to start in August 2020.

Role requires phone use of 80+ outbound calls per day & Inbound calls per day

The Customer Service Representative role will involve speaking with prospective customers who are looking for life and mortgage insurance.

Education Representatives are provided with:

• $14 base pay

Additional attributes that are a plus but are not required:

• At least 1 year of College
• 2 years of previous work experience in a Call Center (Education)
• Customer Service experience
• Bilingual or Multilingual

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 /hour

Experience:

• Education Lead Gen: 1 year (Preferred)

• Morning (Required) 11 AM - 7 PM
