Schedule: Monday and Tuesday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, and Wednesday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours per week

A warm and welcoming family is seeking a proactive, organized, and engaging House Manager / Family Assistant to support their household and assist with the care of their 12-year-old child entering 6th grade. This long-term position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing childcare, household management, and administrative support while becoming a trusted and dependable presence in the family's daily life. The family is looking for a self-starter who can provide consistency, structure, and organization while helping the household run smoothly. Their child is bright, curious, kind, and enjoys engaging with adults. He has a Nonverbal Learning Disorder (NVLD) and benefits from patient, supportive guidance as he transitions to a new school environment. He is well-behaved and thrives with caregivers who can provide encouragement, consistency, and understanding while supporting his social and academic growth.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with morning and afternoon routines, including school transportation
- Provide attentive care, supervision, and support for an 12-year-old child
- Prepare lunches, snacks, and simple healthy meals
- Manage household organization projects, including closets, household inventory, and general tidiness
- Coordinate household vendors, service appointments, deliveries, and maintenance projects
- Assist with mail management, returns, errands, and household administrative tasks
- Help maintain calendars, schedules, and household logistics
- Assist with light laundry organization and meal preparation
- Provide care and support for two large family dogs
Requirements:
- Experience supporting children with learning differences, Nonverbal Learning Disorder (NVLD), ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, or similar developmental and learning needs is preferred
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license
- Comfortable around large dogs
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Strong communication skills and professional references
- Tech-savvy, highly organized, and able to work independently
- Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Able to provide 3–5 professional references
- Enjoyment of swimming, outdoor activities, and community outings is a plus
