We are seeking a Family Immigration Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and advise clients on legal transactions. Solano Law Firm is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced hybrid or fully remote Immigration Attorney. This position requires dedication and a standard of 40-50 hours per week to accomplish firm expectations and achieve personal development goals. Responsibilities: • Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks • Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis • Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action • Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions Qualifications: • 3-5 years experience in Family Immigration Law (Georgia Bar admission preferred) • Experience in KPI and metric-based attorney evaluations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to build rapport with clients • The ability to genuinely empathize with clients facing difficult immigration issues and be a passionate advocate for all clients • Interpersonal and organizational skills of the highest caliber; as well as excellent writing, research, and analytical skills are required • Working knowledge of common immigration case management systems Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 yearly
