OCFL (offices in Hanover and Westborough, MA) is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney who is confident in the courtroom, strategic in case management, empathetic to what clients are going through, and passionate about making an impact. You'll be handling complex, high-conflict litigation in emotionally charged cases with autonomy while assisting in mentoring junior attorneys or family law residents and collaborating with a values-driven team. The position requires someone based in Massachusetts, although much of our legal work is done virtually, so long as the employee remains in good standing. Qualifications: • Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years • Experience in handling complex family law cases from start to finish, ensuring the best outcomes for clients. • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team to develop strategic case plans that align with firm values. • Confidence and professionalism in representing clients in court, advocating effectively on their behalf. • Strong communication skills to maintain open and empathetic dialogue with clients, providing clear updates and managing expectations. • Expertise in conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and decision-making. • Precision and attention to detail in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards and firm policies. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
