This is a role for an attorney with at least two years of Minnesota family law experience who is ready to grow. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Manage a full caseload of family law matters from start to finish. Oversee cases from intake through resolution, ensuring deadlines are met and client needs are consistently addressed. • Handle all phases of litigation and case development. Prepare motions, affidavits, legal arguments, and trial materials that support strong, strategic outcomes. • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and ADR proceedings. Advocate with professionalism and confidence in both formal and informal settings. • Advise clients on strategy and next steps. Provide practical, tailored guidance that empowers clients to make informed decisions. • Maintain clear, proactive communication. Keep clients informed on case progress while effectively managing communication with opposing counsel and other stakeholders. • Collaborate with paralegals and legal staff. Work closely with a supportive team to ensure thorough preparation and efficient case management. • Conduct legal research and stay current on Minnesota family law. Apply relevant statutes and case law while anticipating changes that may impact your cases. • Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards. Protect client confidentiality and maintain integrity in all aspects of your work. • Keep cases organized and moving forward. Utilize firm systems to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure matters advance efficiently.
