A well-established law firm with a strong presence across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their Dallas office. With over a dozen locations across the region, the firm offers the support, stability, and scale of a large firm—while maintaining the hands-on, client-first approach of a boutique practice.
We’re looking for a driven attorney with 3–5 years of focused family law experience who’s ready to take on a leadership-oriented role—supervising a dedicated support team, collaborating closely with clients, and representing them in all stages of litigation.
What You'll Do
Serve as lead counsel in family law cases from intake through resolution.
Supervise and mentor a paralegal and additional support staff.
Coordinate preparation of pleadings, discovery, exhibits, and trial materials.
Appear in court for hearings, trials, mediations, and conferences.
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and strategic guidance.
Review and approve draft documents prepared by the legal support team.
Perform legal research to support complex case strategies.
Manage timekeeping and documentation in Needles case management system.
Foster productive relationships with court personnel and opposing counsel.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of hands-on family law experience (Texas law strongly preferred)
Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
Strong litigation skills and courtroom presence
Confident communicator, team leader, and advocate for clients
Spanish/English bilingual a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : $100,000–$140,000, based on experience
Performance Bonuses : Percentage-based (18% of fee structure); personal referral incentives
