The ideal candidate will have some exposure to family law litigation and be prepared to handle a diverse caseload of divorce, child custody and other family law cases. Candidates must have at least 1 year of direct family law experience as an attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, from case initiation through trial, including discovery, motions, mediation, and court appearances.
• Provide legal counsel and advocacy tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
• Maintain clear communication and a strong attorney-client relationship.

Qualifications:

• 1+years in family law experience
• Licensed Attorney in California, in good standing.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and client advocacy skills.
