Responsibilities: • Lead and manage family law cases from start to finish, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and expert guidance. • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide clients with informed advice. • Draft, review, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. • Represent clients in court, advocating passionately and effectively to achieve the best outcomes. • Collaborate closely with our Family Law Team to share insights, strategies, and support for complex cases. • Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the legal process, building trust and confidence in our services. • Identify and pursue opportunities for case settlements, balancing client interests with legal possibilities. Qualifications: • Experience in family law, with a focus on divorce, child custody, support, and adoption matters. • Ability to draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements. • Proven track record of leading the discovery process, including depositions and interrogatories. • Strong communication skills to regularly update and advise clients on case progress. • Experience in preparing cases for hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement conferences. • Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards. • Ability to collaborate effectively with paralegals and support staff for smooth case management. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly + Benefits
