    Our law firm is looking for a Fierce Advocate to join our team. We need a full-time Family Law Associate Attorney with a desire to fight for clients! You will be the first chair on multiple cases with the support of our entire Family Law Team. You will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting documents, appearing in court, and keeping clients up to date. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role in a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate team. You must be able to work well with others. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage family law cases from start to finish, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and expert guidance. • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide clients with informed advice. • Draft, review, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. • Represent clients in court, advocating passionately and effectively to achieve the best outcomes. • Collaborate closely with our Family Law Team to share insights, strategies, and support for complex cases. • Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the legal process, building trust and confidence in our services. • Identify and pursue opportunities for case settlements, balancing client interests with legal possibilities. Qualifications: • Experience in family law, with a focus on divorce, child custody, support, and adoption matters. • Ability to draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements. • Proven track record of leading the discovery process, including depositions and interrogatories. • Strong communication skills to regularly update and advise clients on case progress. • Experience in preparing cases for hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement conferences. • Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards. • Ability to collaborate effectively with paralegals and support staff for smooth case management. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly + Benefits
