Responsibilities: • Provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support cases. • Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized legal strategies that align with their goals and needs. • Draft, review, and file legal documents with precision, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests at every stage. • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed and empowered throughout their legal journey. • Stay updated on the latest developments in family law to provide informed and innovative solutions to complex legal challenges. • Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated legal professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes and firm success. Qualifications: Who You Are: A licensed attorney in NC with 1+ years of experience in family law. In the courtroom, early, prepared, and confident. Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents with precision and compliance. Strong advocacy skills for representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations. Excellent communication skills to maintain open and transparent dialogue with clients. Commitment to staying updated on the latest developments in family law. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of legal professionals to enhance client outcomes and firm success. Compensation: $110,000 - $150,000 DOE
