Responsibilities: • Help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action • Handle the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings as needed • Create legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgements and orders for a high volume of cases • Represent clients in court proceedings as needed • Communicate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move through the civil litigation process • Keep client files properly organized and up to date • Help effectively solve legal problems for clients by analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action • Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and marital settlement agreements, handle the division of marital assets, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases • Attend court proceedings as needed to ensure effective representation of clients • Collaborate with the Managing Attorney to effectively move files through the civil litigation process • Consult with potential clients to ascertain their needs and decide on the next steps • Engage in matter management to ensure timely progress in all cases • Confirm all work is consistently quality-reviewed for case law and written content/clarity How Do I Apply?
