Responsibilities: • Lead the Family Law practice. • Represent clients in family law proceedings such as divorce, custody, and alimony cases. • Provide legal counsel and guidance on family law matters to clients. • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements. • Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Family Law practice with significant litigation experience. • Leadership: Verifiable experience leading and managing legal teams. • Autonomy: Ability to independently handle cases from start to finish without supervision. • Board Certification: Preferred but not required; must be willing to pursue certification. • Client Focus: A strong commitment to delivering excellent client service. Compensation: $170,000
