    We are looking to add talent to our small but mighty team of heart-centered and compassionate family law attorneys. We resolve family law conflicts as painlessly and peacefully as possible in Central to Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. You’ll be responsible for managing a case load of 30-35 cases, including complaints for divorce, custody, modifications, contempts, guardianships of a minor, and drafting/negotiating prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements. You should have experience with high-conflict custody issues, GAL investigations, and settlement negotiations. You must be passionate about this practice area and committed to helping clients reach favorable solutions during one of the most emotional and difficult periods of their lives. Compensation: • $80,000 - $100,000 + annual base salary. Additional bonus compensation is available based on meeting and exceeding KPIs. We offer a flexible work schedule and lower than industry-standard billable hour requirement (as low as 80 hours/month) to accommodate working parents. Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to determine their goals and develop a case strategy • Ensure timely communication with clients • Negotiate with opposing counsel and pro se opposing parties • Draft pleadings including motions for temporary orders, motions to vacate the marital home, separation agreements, pre-trial memos, and position statements for use in GAL investigations and conciliation • Prepare and advocate for clients at all court hearings and case events • Collaborate with all members of the legal team, including the Founding Attorney, Case Manager, and other attorneys Qualifications: • MA Bar License (required) • RI Bar License (preferred) • Mediation certified (preferred) • At least 1-3 years litigating all aspects of family law cases Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + annual base salary
