What Kimbrough Legal Can Offer You: • Dedicated Work-Life Balance • Hybrid Position - Houston, TX 77046 • Competitive Base Salary: $85,000-$110,000 • Bonus Structure to Reward Excellence • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Match • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) plus 10 Paid Holidays • Support for Professional Growth through Continuing Legal Education Assistance • Positive Work Environment that Values Integrity and Collaboration Responsibilities: What Our Attorneys Do: • Attend court hearings, conduct research, and provide legal advice • Maintain organized case files for accessibility and collaboration • Analyze matters for conflicts, develop strategies, and negotiate for clients • Draft and prepare contracts, pleadings, briefs, motions, affidavits, and settlement agreements with accuracy and compliance • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth case management • Meet a minimum billing requirement of 130 hours per month Qualifications: What We Need From You: • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas, with a focus on family law • Experience in family law litigation and trials, demonstrating a successful track record • Ability to advocate passionately for clients, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met • Proven track record of developing strategic legal plans that align with client goals and family dynamics • Strong negotiation and mediation skills, with a focus on achieving amicable resolutions • Excellent communication skills to maintain open and transparent client relationships • Ability to prepare and present compelling arguments in court, effectively representing client interests Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 yearly
