Position Details: This is a remote position; however, it requires the ability to commute to Seattle and surrounding counties for court appearances and occasional in-person client meetings when needed. While we have physical office locations, the flexibility to work from home is a key feature of this role. Responsibilities: • Manage cases independently from start to finish , including client intake, signing, and relationship management. • Handle the full litigation cycle , including mediation and trial. • Work with minimal supervision , embracing our hands-off, supportive management style. • Collaborate with paralegals on case preparation. • Ensure the highest quality of legal services delivered by the firm. Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in family law.Licensed to practice in Washington State (American Bar Association - WA). • US Work Authorization is required. Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000
