What We're Looking For We’re seeking an Attorney with at least 4 years of Family Law experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both legal excellence and genuine human connection to the table. Responsibilities: • Oversee all phases of family law matters through final resolution, including hearings, trials, and post-judgment proceedings. • Draft, review, and refine pleadings, motions, orders, decrees, and related filings with precision and legal accuracy. • Maintain proactive, professional communication with clients to manage expectations, provide updates, and deliver sound legal counsel. • Lead all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to requests, document review, and conducting or defending depositions. • Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement conferences with confidence, preparation, and strategic focus. • Perform legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy and ensure full compliance with Texas Family Code and applicable procedural rules. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas. • At least 4 years of focused family law experience, including significant litigation and courtroom representation. • Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and research abilities with a strong eye for detail. • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills; able to build rapport and guide clients with empathy and professionalism. • Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. • Proficient with legal technology and case management platforms; experience with Apple/Mac systems preferred. • Uncompromising integrity, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.
