The Law Offices of Stephanie L. Mahdavi seeks a qualified Associate Attorney to join our established family law practice serving Ventura County and Los Angeles County. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a California Board Certified Family Law Specialist in a collegial professional environment.

Position Summary

We seek an Associate Attorney to join our family law practice. This position is suitable for both experienced family law practitioners and accomplished attorneys from other practice areas seeking to transition into family law. Comprehensive mentorship and training will be provided to ensure professional success.

Qualifications

Required:

• Juris Doctor
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing
• Demonstrated litigation and negotiation capabilities
• Strong analytical and legal writing skills
• Professional client communication abilities
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards
• Detail oriented

Preferred:

• 2-5 years of legal practice experience
• Family law practice experience
• Court appearance and motion practice experience

Compensation and Benefits

Base Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Incentive Compensation:

• Monthly performance based bonus structure based on billable hour achievements
