Responsibilities: • Advocate for clients in family court proceedings to ensure their best interests are represented effectively • Provide supervision and guidance to paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations • Excel in high-pressure situations, demonstrating professionalism and poise consistently • Effectively manage Order for Protection (OFP) and Harassment Restraining Order (HRO) hearings for clients Qualifications: • To be eligible for this position, the candidate must have an active Minnesota bar license and at least 2 years of experience practicing law in the state • A minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in family law practice is required • The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in handling various family law matters and have a track record of regular court appearances • Strong professional reputation and high ethical standards are crucial for this role • While not obligatory, fluency in Spanish is highly desirable for this position in Minneapolis, MN Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 yearly
