We're looking for a sharp, passionate Family Law Attorney (CFLS a plus!) who will zealously advocate for clients navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives. You will take full ownership of your cases, working alongside skilled paralegals within our streamlined workflow — from initial consultation through trial. You will be front and center: in court, across the negotiating table, and at the heart of client relationships. Responsibilities: What You'll Do • Represent clients zealously across all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, support, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence matters • Conduct client consultations and manage direct relationships with opposing counsel • Draft legal pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, judgments, contracts, and orders for a high-volume caseload • Handle mediations, settlement conferences, pretrial hearings, and trials • Manage division of marital assets, including real estate, in divorce proceedings • Maintain composure, negotiate effectively, and advocate persuasively — even in emotionally charged and high-stakes situations • Collaborate with our skilled paralegals within our case management systems to keep cases on track and clients informed Qualifications: What You Bring • 3+ years of family law experience, including litigation; demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt • Active California State Bar license in good standing • Experience with complex matters, including high-asset divorce, custody disputes, and the determination of marital property (including real estate) • Strong skills in legal research, writing, courtroom presentation, and common technology platforms • Clio and Mac experience is a plus (our workflows are built around them) • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with precision and professionalism • The interpersonal range to connect with clients in crisis and command a courtroom with confidence Compensation: $125,000 - $300,000 yearly
