Morrison Law Group is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling family law matters and feel confident managing cases independently while collaborating with the firm’s attorneys as needed. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in family law cases, ensuring their rights and interests are protected. • Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements. • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client advocacy. • Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive legal strategies and solutions. • Maintain open and empathetic communication with clients, providing updates and guidance. • Negotiate settlements and agreements that align with clients' best interests. • Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and trials with confidence and professionalism. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. • Member in good standing of the Utah Bar (or eligible for admission). • Minimum 2 years of experience practicing family law. • Strong litigation, negotiation, and written communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Professional, empathetic, and client-centered approach. Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
