Responsibilities: • Lead and manage family law cases from inception to resolution, ensuring each client's needs are met with precision and care. • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized legal strategies that align with their goals and protect their interests. • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating passionately for their rights and best outcomes. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development. • Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. • Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and empowered throughout the legal process. • Mentor and guide junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team. Qualifications: • Experience in family law, with a focus on divorce, custody, and support cases. • Ability to develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to individual client needs. • Proven track record of successful courtroom representation and negotiation skills. • Strong research and analytical skills to support case preparation and strategy. • Excellent communication skills to maintain client relationships and provide clear guidance. • Commitment to mentoring and developing junior attorneys and support staff. • Familiarity with legal technology tools to enhance case management and client service. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
