We offer a supportive environment that fosters professional growth, teamwork, and long-term career success. 0 Responsibilities: • Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution with a focus on efficient, client-centered outcomes • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, clearly explaining options, risks, and likely outcomes to empower informed decision-making • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences, prioritizing resolution where appropriate, while preparing every case for trial • Collaborate with opposing counsel, mediators, and internal team members to resolve cases effectively while maintaining professionalism and strong advocacy • Maintain proactive, consistent communication with clients, delivering a high-touch service experience and timely updates on case progress • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and continuously improving legal and client service Qualifications: Requirements: • Minimum 3+ years of family law experience with demonstrated competency in divorce, custody, and modifications • Working knowledge of Georgia family law, civil procedure, and local court practices • Proven ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work product • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear, client-friendly manner • Experience negotiation settlements and participating in mediation, with a solution-oriented and collaborative approach • Courtroom experience, including hearings and contested matters, with confidence and professionalism in advocacy • High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism when working with clients in high-conflict or sensitive situations • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and move cases forward efficiently • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and contributing to a positive, team-oriented firm culture Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 yearly
