    Our law group is growing, and we are looking for a sharp family attorney who will zealously represent clients in all areas of family law in Tacoma and the surrounding area. You’ll assist individuals in a variety of situations, such as navigating property agreements and attending court hearings for divorce, spousal support, and child support. The prime candidate will have experience with a range of sensitive legal issues such as divorce, child custody, and domestic violence, and be able to maintain composure, negotiate, and argue effectively even in emotional and high-stress situations. Candidates must be able to attend court in person, if required by the court. Responsibilities: • Developing and executing a legal strategy based on client goals, case facts, and applicable law. • Building strong connections with clients through compassionate and clear communication. • Representing clients confidently and competently in court and during meetings, primarily in Pierce and nearby counties. • Delegating and monitoring work with paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring high-quality work and that all deadlines are met. • Maintaining a commitment to character, integrity, and work ethic while working within a growing, dynamic firm. Qualifications: • Be licensed and in good standing with the WSBA. • Have a proven track record of experience practicing as a Family Law attorney in the South Sound area. • Possess exceptional communication skills to work successfully with staff and clients. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of family law, procedures, and case strategy development. • Be punctual, reliable, and flexible. Compensation: $90,000 - $160,000 yearly
