    Our Firm is growing, and we are looking for a sharp family law attorney who will zealously represent clients in all areas of Washington State family law. You’ll assist individuals in a variety of situations, such as navigating prenuptial agreements and attending court hearings for divorce, alimony/spousal support, and child support. The prime candidate will have experience with a range of sensitive legal issues, such as high asset property division, child custody, and domestic violence, and be able to maintain composure, negotiate, and argue effectively even in emotional and high-stress situations. We will also consider attorneys with litigation, dependency, and criminal justice backgrounds. Responsibilities: • Developing and executing a legal strategy based on client goals, case facts, and applicable law. • Building strong connections with clients through compassionate and clear communication. • Representing clients confidently and competently in court and during meetings, primarily in Pierce, King, and nearby counties. • Delegating and monitoring work with paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring high-quality work and that all deadlines are met. • Maintaining a commitment to character, integrity, and work ethic while working within a growing, dynamic firm. Qualifications: • Be licensed and in good standing with the WSBA. • Have a proven track record of experience practicing as a Family Law attorney in Washington State. • Possess exceptional communication skills to work successfully with staff and clients. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of family law, procedures, and case strategy development. • Be punctual, reliable, and flexible. • Appear in person, as needed. Compensation: $90,000 - $160,000 yearly
