Modern Law is coming to Sierra Vista, and we’re looking for a Legal Paraprofessional (LP) or Family Law Attorney who’s ready to lead the charge. As a licensed LP or experienced attorney, you'll have the opportunity to serve clients directly, manage your caseload with autonomy, and help establish our presence in the Sierra Vista market. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Deliver exceptional client service through compassionate, strategic, and solution-oriented legal representation in family law matters such as divorce, custody, parenting time, spousal maintenance, child support, and modifications. • Manage your own caseload from intake to resolution, including discovery, motions, negotiations, court appearances, and client communication, with full support from Modern Law's systems and team. • Engage with the local community and develop relationships that establish Modern Law as a trusted, client-focused legal resource in Sierra Vista. • Collaborate with our centralized support teams for billing, client onboarding, marketing, and tech to streamline your workflow and increase your impact. • Educate and guide clients through challenging legal processes, ensuring they feel heard, empowered, and informed every step of the way. • Stay current on Arizona family law trends and best practices , contributing to a high standard of legal excellence and innovation within the firm. • If an LP: Operate independently within the bounds of your license, while leveraging mentorship and support to expand your scope, confidence, and success. Qualifications: We’re open to a Legal Paraprofessional or licensed Family Law Attorney who shares our values and is ready to lead in Sierra Vista. For Legal Paraprofessionals (LPs): • Active Arizona LP license with authorization to provide legal services in family law. • Demonstrated experience in managing family law matters independently or under supervision. • Comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy and integrity. For Attorneys: • Licensed to practice law in Arizona (in good standing). • 1–5+ years of experience in family law preferred, but we are open to newer attorneys who are confident, coachable, and ready to grow fast. • Experience with litigation, mediation, or high-conflict cases is a plus. For All Candidates: • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Tech-savvy and adaptable — you’re comfortable using cloud-based platforms and remote tools. • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset — you take initiative, seek feedback, and thrive in a supportive but fast-moving environment. Compensation: $75,000+
