What We Offer • Compensation between $80,000–$115,000 annually , based on experience • Performance bonuses and a structured incentive plan • 401(k) contributions, health insurance, bar dues, and CLE costs are fully covered • A team that is supportive, strategic, and all-in on achieving great outcomes for our clients Responsibilities: • Advocate for clients in family law proceedings, including trials, mediations, and hearings • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, orders, motions, and settlement agreements • Develop client-centered legal strategies and communicate effectively throughout the case • Supervise paralegals and support staff in case prep and document production • Review case files regularly to ensure progress and compliance with court timelines • Handle asset division and equitable distribution in divorce matters • Collaborate closely with our legal team to manage case flow and litigation strategy • Occasionally travel to surrounding areas for court appearances and client meetings Qualifications: • Licensed to practice law in West Virginia • Prior experience in family law litigation is a plus , but not mandatory • An excellent communicator with solid negotiation skills and courtroom presence • Calm under pressure, empathetic with clients, and committed to client advocacy • A Juris Doctor (JD) graduate ready to work with a team that values excellence and compassion Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000 yearly
