Compensation- $80,000 - $115,000 yearly, Base compensation, structured incentive, Bonus Plan, and Benefits. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in family law hearings, mediations, and trials • Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and final orders • Guide clients through complex legal and emotional situations • Collaborate with paralegals and senior attorneys on case strategy • Oversee case files, track progress, and manage deadlines • Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel • Travel for hearings across WV Qualifications: • Licensed to practice law in West Virginia • Ability to build strong client relationships • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Confident and calm in high-pressure situations • Empathetic and compassionate • Willingness to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000 yearly
