The qualified candidate can be based out of our firm's Clarksburg or Morgantown location. You will be supported by our team of attorneys and legal professionals. Experience is not necessary. All we require is compassion and drive. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Represent clients in family law hearings, mediations, and trials • Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and final orders • Guide clients through complex legal and emotional situations • Collaborate with paralegals and senior attorneys on case strategy • Oversee case files, track progress, and manage deadlines • Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel • Occasionally, travel for hearings across WV Qualifications: What You Need: • Licensed to practice law in West Virginia • Excellent courtroom presence and legal writing skills • Strong communication and client relationship abilities • Confidence under pressure and compassion for people in crisis • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000 yearly
