Qualifications: • Experience in family law litigation, with a strong understanding of California family law. • Ability to lead and manage cases from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes. • Proven track record of effective courtroom representation, mediation, and negotiation skills. • Strong legal research skills to support case strategies and stay current with legal developments. • Excellent communication skills to provide clear, empathetic guidance to clients throughout their legal journey. • Ability to draft, review, and file legal documents with precision and attention to detail. • Experience mentoring junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering a collaborative team environment. Compensation: $150,000 - $225,000 yearly DOE plus bonuses
