Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of 50-100 family law cases efficiently and effectively. • Draft, review, and file comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses. • Coordinate case management, including deadlines, calendars, and attorney schedules. • Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and ensure client satisfaction. • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed case summaries. • Assist attorneys in preparation for court appearances, mediations, and depositions. • Maintain accurate and organized electronic files and documentation using practice management software. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in family law. • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Administration, Management, or related field preferred. • Demonstrated expertise in drafting legal documents, managing caseloads, and coordinating discovery processes. • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a technology-driven, client-centric team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal software tools such as Smokeball, Lawmatics, and Slack is highly desirable.
