You must have 5+ years of Family law and Civil litigation experience as a paralegal. You must be a GREAT writer and an excellent communicator. If you enjoy writing motions, pleadings, Memorandum of Points, and Authorities, this position is for you. Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents, motions, and correspondence for attorney review and filing • Assist attorneys in preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials • Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and evidence for easy retrieval • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to schedule meetings and hearings Qualifications: • Min 5+ years of Family law and/or Civil litigation experience as a paralegal is must • Legal Research Proficiency • Proofreading Skills • Detail-Oriented Skills • Must provide a sample writing to be considered Compensation: $80,000 to $120,000
