Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents, motions, and correspondence for attorney review and filing • Assist attorneys in preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials • Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and evidence for easy retrieval • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to schedule meetings and hearings Qualifications: • Min 5+ years of Family law and/or Civil litigation experience as a paralegal is a must • Legal Research Proficiency • Proofreading Skills • Detail-Oriented Skills • Must provide a sample writing to be considered Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000
