We serve clients through some of the most important and difficult moments of their lives. We are looking for an experienced, proactive Office Manager to lead our operations, support our team, and help us continue delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a full-time, in-office position that requires decisiveness, attention to detail, and experience prioritizing your workload to manage both administrative responsibilities and assisting the firm's leadership team with executive functions, reporting to the Owner and Managing Attorney. You will be the operational backbone of the firm, responsible for day-to-day administration, staff coordination, client experience, and technology management. This is not a passive role. We need someone who identifies what needs to be done and does it. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. • Coordinate and oversee staff activities, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. • Implement and maintain office systems and procedures to enhance productivity and client service. • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a positive client experience. • Assist the Owner and Managing Attorney with executive functions and strategic planning. • Manage office budgets and financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Oversee technology management, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning effectively. Qualifications: What We Are Looking For • 3 or more years of office management experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Proficiency with legal software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of HR best practices and client service standards in a legal setting. • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to manage competing priorities with composure and professionalism. • Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive client and firm matters. This is a full-time job, so you absolutely must be able to work in the office 40 hours a week. Initial employment compensation will be based on your experience, with opportunities for increases after that.
