Responsibilities: • • Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing legal documents for family law cases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Manage client communications, providing empathetic support and clear information to guide them through the legal process. • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure informed decision-making. • Coordinate with court personnel and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth case proceedings. • Maintain and update case files, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible. • Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings and affidavits, with attention to detail and compliance. • Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared in advance.
