Responsibilities: • Communicating with clients like the compassionate pro you are • Keeping attorney calendars and court deadlines under control (like a boss) • Drafting pleadings, client letters, and the occasional motion (with flair and accuracy) • Prepping for mediations and trials like a backstage magician • E-filing, scanning, organizing, and generally keeping digital chaos at bay • Being present in client meetings and helping them feel heard (and not lost in legalese) Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience in WA family law and the court rules of King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties (others are a bonus!) • A working knowledge of ShareFile, Adobe, Office 365, Slack, Apple products, and Clio—or the ability to fake it till you make it • Solid communication, stellar writing skills, and a kind heart • E-filing ninja skills • A sense of humor, because family law isn’t always sunshine and rainbows • A strong desire to be part of a team that supports one another • The ability to meet billable hour requirements without losing your soul Compensation: $33.65 - $50.48 hourly
