About the Role:

Fuller & Ahern, P.C., a well-respected litigation firm, is seeking an experienced family law paralegal to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including petitions and motions.

Manage case files and maintain organized documentation.

Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally.

Schedule appointments, hearings, and mediations efficiently.

Prepare trial binders and assist in trial preparation.

Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.

Support clients through the family law process with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in family law.

Strong knowledge of family law procedures and terminology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in case management software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
