    We’re seeking a skilled and experienced paralegal to support our growing legal team. The ideal candidate for this position will use their work experience and organizational skills to prepare and maintain legal documents, file motions, interview clients, and conduct legal research. Responsibilities: • Assist lawyers in preparing legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence, including subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, and legal briefs • Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and conducting legal research • Perform administrative duties, including answering phone calls and maintaining an organized case filing system • Conduct client interviews to gather information about legal matters • Assist attorneys with files • Communicate with clients on a consistent basis regarding updates and changes to their case. Qualifications: • 2+ years as a Family Law Paralegal in the state of Texas • Professional paralegal certification or advanced paralegal education • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills, as well as proficiency in writing and grammar • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook), and familiarity with legal software • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a positive attitude • Ability to reliably commute to Austin, TX 78746 Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
