Responsibilities: • • Manage and organize complex case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, court appearances, and client consultations with precision and efficiency. • Facilitate seamless communication between clients and attorneys, ensuring clarity and understanding at every step. • Draft and prepare legal documents, including affidavits, motions, and agreements, with meticulous attention to detail. • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. • Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witness logistics. • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions and case management tasks. Qualifications: Previous litigation paralegal experience required. Family law experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court processes. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and legal technology platforms.
