We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team in our Austin or Harker Heights office. This position offers hybrid flexibility for the right candidate and above-market value for an experienced paralegal. What We’re Looking For: We want someone who is professional, highly organized, and committed to delivering excellent legal support. This is not an entry-level position—please do not apply unless you have at least 5 years of Family Law experience in Texas. Responsibilities: • Drafting pleadings, motions, and orders • Drafting military retirement orders • Preparing discovery • Coordinating court hearings and mediations Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of Family Law experience in Texas (required) • Strong knowledge of all phases of litigation, including excellent drafting skills and attention to detail; strong written and oral communication skills; and the ability to manage time-sensitive matters and meet deadlines • Board-Certified Paralegal preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
