We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal who is organized, dependable, client-focused, and strong with deadlines. Responsibilities: • Manage family law case files from intake through resolution, keeping matters organized and moving forward • Draft legal documents, including net worth statements, correspondence, and uncontested divorce packets • Handle e-filing through EDDS and NYSCEF • Organize client documents, financial records, and case-related information • Track court dates, deadlines, adjournments, and next steps across active matters • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties • Help improve workflows, checklists, and internal systems to support consistent, high-quality work Qualifications: • 2+ years of hands-on family law experience strongly preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage deadlines reliably and work independently • Professional, calm, and effective communication with clients and others • Experience drafting documents and managing case files in an active legal practice • Comfort with timekeeping, accountability, and structured workflows • Experience with legal technology such as Adobe Acrobat, Filevine, Asana, or similar cloud-based tools is a plus Compensation: $28 hourly + performance bonuses
