    We’re seeking skilled Family Law Paralegals who have at least 3 years of family law experience. You will prepare and maintain legal documents, draft and file pleadings, interview clients, and conduct research, supporting several CFLS and senior-level attorneys on-site in our Corona office. Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload with minimal supervision and be a resource to the attorneys • Keeping case notes and preparing for case meetings • Understanding of court procedure and the family code • Actively communicate with clients • Assist lawyers in preparing legal documentation, pleadings, correspondence, and discovery, such as interrogatories, subpoenas, demands, and deposition notices • Aid lawyers in trial preparation by preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, conducting research, and assisting with client meetings • Draft RFOs, motions, DVROs, Judgments • Interview clients to gather information Great case management includes calendaring, tasking, and notekeeping. Qualifications: • At least three solid years of family law experience as a paralegal, including family law judicial council forms, pleadings, family court procedure, Rules of Court, and CCP. Understand that we are looking for someone who can onboard and take over a full caseload. We want to acclimate you to our systems and processes, but we are not able to train you to be a paralegal. However, there is room for growth • Experience with tracking time • Experience with CRM, tech-savvy, ability to learn and use new tools Compensation: $27 - $38 hourly
