    We're looking for a sharp, organized, and experienced Family Law Paralegal who takes ownership — of their cases, their work product, and their client relationships. You'll be a key player on our legal team, working side-by-side with our attorneys to move cases forward efficiently and with precision. This is a high-volume, client-facing role. You'll need to be as comfortable drafting a complex pleading as you are speaking with a client who is navigating one of the hardest moments of their life. Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload with minimal supervision and be a resource to the attorneys • Keeping case notes and preparing for case meetings • Understanding of court procedure and the family code • Actively communicate with clients • Assist lawyers in preparing legal documentation, pleadings, correspondence, and discovery, such as interrogatories, subpoenas, demands, and deposition notices • Aid lawyers in trial preparation by preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, conducting research, and assisting with client meetings • Draft RFOs, motions, DVROs, Judgments • Interview clients to gather information Great case management includes calendaring, tasking, and note-keeping. Paralegals are the primary point of contact. Excellent written and verbal communications are a must. Professionalism by phone and email is required. Client service is our priority, and where we stand out. Qualifications: • At least three solid years of family law experience as a paralegal, including family law judicial council forms, pleadings, family court procedure, Rules of Court, and CCP. Understand that we are looking for someone who can onboard and take over a full caseload. We want to acclimate you to our systems and processes, but we are not able to train you to be a paralegal. However, there is room for growth • Experience with tracking time • Experience with CRM, tech-savvy, ability to learn and use new tools Compensation: $29 - $40 hourly
