We are a small firm that exclusively practices family law. We are looking for an experienced paralegal/case manager. This is a full-time position. Salary is negotiable.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in family law
• Ability to manage case deadlines for 20-25 cases
• Able to draft and file pleadings
• Experience assisting with trial preparation
• Have good client communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to track billable hours
• Ability to communicate and get along with other staff members (our staff works very closely with each other)

Pluses:

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Familiar with Adobe Acrobat (bates stamping and redacting)
• Experience with practice management software (we use Tabs3)
• Experience with Math4Law
• Paralegal certificate or degree
